Still Deciding? Here Are The Seven Questions People Ask Before They Order The Lamorial Planner.
You have seen what a locked phone does to a family. This page is the other half: what is actually inside the planner, why most people order two, and what happens if it is not right for you.
Most people look at this planner more than once before they order. Fair enough. The ads show you the problem, not the pages. Here are the seven questions we get asked most, answered plainly, with the pages photographed.
1. Is It Just A Password Book With A Nicer Cover?
No, and this is the question that matters most, so here is the honest test. A password book has three columns: account, username, password. Hand one to your daughter on the worst week of her life and here is what happens. She types the password correctly. The bank sends a six-digit code to your phone. Your phone wants a passcode, because Face ID stops working after roughly 48 hours of inactivity. The password was never the problem. The chain behind it was.
The Lamorial Planner starts with that chain. Page one is the phone passcode. Then the Apple ID or Google account behind the phone. Then the email every reset goes to. Then the six-digit code app, in plain English, and which accounts depend on it. Then the security questions, with the real answers. Then, and only then, the accounts themselves.
Every line is already a question. Where is it. What opens it. Who should know. You are never staring at a blank page.
Section 1, photographed. The passcode, the account behind the phone, the carrier, and what to do if the phone is locked.
2. What Is Actually Inside?
83 guided pages across nine sections, hardcover, A4, navy with gold lettering. The sections, in the order your family would need them:
- Phone Access and Verification Codes
- Bank Accounts, Credit Cards and Crypto
- Policies and Coverage
- Home, Vehicles and Assets
- Subscriptions and Auto-Payments
- Emergency Contacts and People to Call
- Passwords and Account Access
- Personal Messages to Loved Ones
- Yearly Update Sections
Before Section 1 there is one page called The First 48 Hours. Eleven things to do before the systems start locking your family out, in order, with the page number for each. Do not cancel the phone. Unlock it with the passcode on page 5. Open the primary email. Arrange care for the pets. It is the page the executor reads first.
The First 48 Hours, then Section 1.
And the things you would never think to write down until you are the one looking for them: the plumber you trust, the neighbor with the key, the vet with the dog's history, how to set up an Apple Legacy Contact so the photos are not lost with the phone, and update pages at the back so you can change a password without rewriting the planner.

3. Why Do Most People Order Two?
Because one planner documents one person's chain. Your phone, your email, your code app, your accounts. Your spouse's chain is entirely separate, and the accounts they manage that you have never logged into are exactly the ones that lock. The pension they set up before you met. The email address they have had since college that is the recovery address for six things. The two-factor app they installed during a security update and never mentioned.
When one of you is gone, the other's chain cannot be recreated. That is why two are $69, not $90.
4. Can My Mother Actually Fill This In?
Yes. This is the question the daughters ask, and it is the one the planner was designed around. Large type. Nine sections, one page at a time. Every line labelled, so there is never a decision about what goes where. Nothing to install and nothing to log into. If she can fill in a form at the doctor's office, she can fill in this. Most of our buyers are women between 60 and 80, filling it in for themselves.
5. Is It Safe To Write Passwords In A Planner?
Safer than what your family will face without it. A planner cannot be phished, breached, or wiped by a software update, and it is only useful to someone standing inside your home. Keep it where you keep the passports. Tell one person where that is. That is the entire security model, and it is the one that still works when the phone is locked and the company behind the app has changed its login page.
If you want a second layer, the planner has a place for it: write the passwords in the Fillable Digital Edition and keep the planner as the map of where everything is. Whole Family orders get the digital edition free.
6. What If I Don't Finish It?
Start with Section 1, the phone. Even that section on its own is more than most families are left with. Every page after it is a question waiting for its answer, so it can be picked up whenever you like, and the update pages at the back mean it never has to be rewritten.
The one honest push we will give you: the planner only works if the person who knows the answers fills it in. Security questions from a decade ago, the recovery email from 2009, the code app nobody else has seen. Those live in one head. The time to write them down is while that head is available and clear. After a diagnosis, after a fall, after grief, it is a very different job.
7. What If It Is Not Right For Us?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email info@lamorial.com, send it back, and you get a full refund. No return fee. Shipping is free both ways. We answer every email within a day, usually faster. It ships from our US warehouse in three to six business days with tracking.
And one thing to know before you order: the three-tier pricing, the free e-book on two-planner and three-planner orders, and the free Fillable Digital Edition on the three-planner order exist only at lamorial.com. A similar navy planner somewhere else without the nine sections and the First 48 Hours page is not this one.

A Few More
I Already Have A Password Manager. Do I Still Need This?
Yes, and the comments under our ads are full of the reason why. The manager is locked behind a master password, on a device, protected by its own login. If your family cannot get into the phone, they cannot get into the manager, and the manager holds none of the rest: the phone passcode, the code app, the recovery email, who to call. Write the manager's master password in Section 1 of this planner and the two work together.
What If I Keep It And Someone Breaks In?
Keep it somewhere safe. It can be as hidden as you like, in a locked drawer, a safe, or the bottom of the filing cabinet, as long as the people who will need it know where it is. That is the only rule. The same person who could take the planner could take the passports and the phone from the nightstand, so treat it like those. And the first page you fill in is the phone passcode, which is no use to anyone who does not also have your phone. The planner is a map for the people who already have your keys.
Does It Replace A Will?
No, and it does not try to. A will says who gets what. This planner says where everything is and how to get into it. Families with both get through the practical work in weeks. Families with only the will are the ones still on hold months later.
Can I Buy It As A Gift?
Yes, and a lot of people do. It arrives in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that says what it is. The cover reads Everything They'll Need, which is the point: it is a gift about care. Whole Family, three planners for $90, is the most common gift order. One for you, one for your spouse, one for the parent or sister you have been meaning to do this for.
What Is The Fillable Digital Edition?
The same 83 guided pages as a PDF you type into on a computer or tablet. It is $14.99 on its own and free with Whole Family. Most people keep the planner as the master copy, where everything is and how to get in, and use the digital edition for the passwords that change.
P.S. The most common message we get is from the spouse who did not want the planner. Karrie B. put it best: "My husband reluctantly opened his copy after I wouldn't stop asking. He thanked me for nagging him later." If you are the one who handles everything, you already know which of you needs to hear that.
