Our 30-Day Free Returns Policy

At Lamorial, we're confident you'll love your Planner. We built it for the families who want their loved ones to have clarity, not chaos.

That's why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all eligible purchases. If it's not the right fit for you, we'll take care of it.


How Our Guarantee Works

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try Lamorial risk-free.

If the Journal isn't right for you, simply email us within 30 days and we'll handle the rest. No forms to fill out, no return shipping required unless we ask.

We read every refund reason. The feedback helps us make the Journal better for the next family. A short note and a photo, if you can, will allow us to assist you further.


What's Covered

Single Journal orders: full purchase price refunded

Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off (2 Journals): both Journals fully refundable. You get back the full amount you paid.

Buy 2 Get 1 Free (3 Journals): full amount you paid is refunded. (The 3rd Journal is the free one, so the refund covers the two paid Journals.)

30 days from the date of delivery

One refund per customer or household


What's Not Covered

Orders of 4 or more Journals — final sale, unless damaged or defective

Original shipping costs (non-refundable)

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

Complimentary bonuses (free items don't carry a separate refund value)

Used Journals — your Journal must be in new condition for return


How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email us at info@lamorial.com

Step 2: Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The email address you used at checkout
  • A photo of the Journal (if you have one — this helps us close the loop quickly)
  • A short note about why you'd like a refund

We ask for the reason because we genuinely want to improve. Sarah reads every reply herself and the team uses your feedback to make the next version better. If you have a moment to share what didn't work for you, it goes a long way.

Step 3: Refunds are approved within 24 hours and processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Step 4: Funds appear on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right immediately. No return required.

We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Damaged or defective items do not count against your 30-day guarantee. Your guarantee period restarts when your replacement is delivered.


Returns (If Applicable)

Returns are not required unless requested by our support team.

If a return is required:

  • You must contact us first for return authorization
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds are issued once the item is received in our warehouse

Returning an item does not speed up refund processing.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For free-shipping promotions, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Multiple Orders

  • One refund per customer or household. Only the first order qualifies for the 30-day guarantee.
  • Additional orders are final sale unless damaged or defective.
  • Orders of 4 or more Journals on a single order are also final sale (see "What's Not Covered" above).

Unauthorized Retailers

Our guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from:

  • lamorial.com (official website)

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (such as resellers on Amazon or eBay) are not covered by our guarantee.


International Orders

  • The 30-day guarantee applies to international orders.
  • International shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued in USD. Your bank handles the conversion to your local currency.
