Order Processing

Each journal is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Standard Shipping

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 8–12 business days.

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch

  • Tracking may update intermittently while in transit


Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the shipping address.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before dispatch.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If the courier is present, please refuse delivery

  • If delivered without your presence, contact us immediately with photos of the damage

We’ll assist you with a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, this is usually due to courier delays. In most cases, your order is still moving and will arrive within the expected timeframe.
